Mike Barber provided us with exceptional service as the realtor for my mother to sell her home in St. Joseph MI. He clearly understood the difficulties and logistics of our situation- my 90 year old mother had no family living less than 100 miles away- and supported us in ways we expected , and in unexpected ways. My mother moved before we started showing the house, and Mike checked the vacant home daily, made sure trash cans we had filled on weekend visits to clear the house got to the curb and back at the right time, found us needed service people, and even reinstalled the mailbox after it was knocked down! Mike was incredibly kind and patient with my mother while she worked through decisions and paperwork, communicated promptly and frequently, kept us informed of events and explained their effect clearly, and monitored all steps of the process. My mother's home sold quickly at a fair price, and we could not be more pleased with our realtor. Thank you Mike, from all of us!
