Several years ago, my wife and I bought a house in Florida and began the first of many attempts to sell our Indiana home. We used several agencies all unsuccessfully, The only constant bit of advice/feedback that we would get it to lower the price. We were aware that we would take a significant loss, but never felt any offer was reasonable. We finally gave up and began exploring a subdivision of our land. We no longer were listed and decided we would list again when/if the subdivision was completed. Out of the blue, I received a phone call from a prospect from NYC. After discussing this with my wife, we called Bobby Leonard back up and told him what was going on. This is where a combination of Bobby and a local lawyer, turned a prospective call into a sale and at a price higher than most people thought. As we sadly walk away from our past home, we would state our appreciation for the help that Bobby provided both professionally and personally. The word superlative keeps coming up. I would easily and gladly recommend using Bobby as an agent to anyone selling or buying. Certainly was great for us!
